So did I achieve my targets for 2024 wasn’t as good as I had hoped achieved two got close to one and others just fell by the wayside I surpassed my 20,000 target reaching 22,190. And I’d also like to say thank you to those I’ve cached with over the last year often as Team SCG (Saturday Caching Group) made up of Manxrose, WavyDale, DTS63, Wild Goosey, JnKFox, PurpleStarGiraffe, WillowtheCat and karentheot
So my 2024 targets were as follows ;
- 20000 finds (Achieved)
- Reach 1200 Multi caches found (Achieved)
- Reach 200 Letterbox finds (Failed 192)
- Reach 100 Virtual finds (Failed 85)
- Complete d/t x2 (Still 1 off, though did visit a cache that would have fulfilled this but it was missing)
- Traditional D/T Grid (Still 3 off)
But 2024 was my best ever year for finds 3679 with plenty of trips out and about around the country but mostly within the Midlands. My finds were made up of 1857 Adventure labs, 1397 Traditional caches, 204 Multi caches, 134 Mystery caches, 37 Earth caches, 21 Events, 14 Letterbox caches, 11 Virtuals, 3 Wherigo caches and 1 CITO.
So onto to my 2025 targets
- 25000 finds
- Reach 250 Letterbox finds
- Reach 100 Virtual finds
- Reach 250 Earthcaches finds
- Complete d/t x2
Some of these targets are more challenging than others lets see how we progress in 2025.
